MRVPD and the Town of Waitsfield have worked with Local Motion and the VT Dept. of Transportation to implement a one-month pilot project that adds in-street signs to Waitsfield’s three Rt. 100 crosswalks. The project also features a community feedback component to evaluate the effectiveness of the signs and gather input to inform further pedestrian safety improvements along the Rt. 100 corridor in Waitsfield.
